In the impossibility of concluding negotiations and moving transactions, and to a lesser extent, home purchase inquiries, bordered on <strong>absolute zero<\/strong>.<br\/><strong>May 4<\/strong> was the \"official\" date for the resumption of the real estate business and the entire category covered by <strong>ateco<\/strong> code <strong>68.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-ma-vediamo-qual-stato-il-riscontro-del-mercato-in-questi-primi-30-giorni-di-lavoro\"><span style=\"color: #0288d1;\">But let's see what has been the feedback from the market in these first 30 days of work?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>From the survey conducted,<strong> 62%<\/strong> of the sample said they had concluded a negotiation in the Post lockdown:<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP\/\/\/yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1-1024x526.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1695 lazyload\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"526\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1-1024x526.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1695 lazyload\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1-1024x526.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1-300x154.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1-768x394.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1-1536x789.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1-2048x1052.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.alessandropasqual.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fig-1.jpg 2345w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>a positive sign that comforts us! The need to buy homes has withstood these two months of stop, and as soon as it was possible, buyers have materialized their interest despite the hazy future ahead. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-come-cambieranno-i-valori-immobiliari-in-futuro\"><span style=\"color: #0288d1;\">How will real estate values change in the future?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p>Another interesting fact is the<strong>\"sentiment<\/strong>\" of real estate agents with respect to future market values. Contrary to national forecasts, for Veronese real estate agents, market values will not see any major reductions in the next six months.
