In this article I tell you about the time I picked up the award for best real estate consultant in Verona.
The year was 2018, at the time I was still working for Gabetti, one of the most relevant franchises in Italy. It is common for large companies to organize conventions at the national (or international) level where they bring together all the franchisees, employees, partners and workers who gravitate to their reality, to compact the group, align it with its mission and strengthen its brand identity.
That year the convention was called "Hometogheter" and was held in Milan, with more than 2,700 people attending.
Roundtables, presentations of new services and products, and educational classrooms punctuated the two-day event.
To my amazement, I was contacted privately by the area manager in my area during the event to go to one of the booths where company executives were giving a talk.
It was at that time that I received the "award" as the best real estate agent for the Verona area, crowning nearly 10 years of service (at the time) with an accolade that still means a great deal to me.
I joined Gabetti when I was 19 years old, just out of high school. There I took my first steps and received the foundation to become the real estate agent I am today. I also made a Vlog of the event, to tell how the days unfolded... here it is!
